BESCHRIJVING VAN HET EIGENDOM
Onze camping ligt in de prachtige en schilderachtige regio Alentejo, op een charmant terrein van 9 hectare met steeneiken en een halve hectare eeuwenoude olijfbomen.
Omringd door een prachtig landschap, ligt onze camping zeer dicht bij tal van culturele en historische bezienswaardigheden. Maak van de gelegenheid gebruik om prehistorische en Romeinse monumenten, historische dorpen, een stad die door UNESCO tot werelderfgoed is verklaard, te bezoeken, of gewoon voor puur recreatief genieten de rust van het platteland en ontdek de buitengewone gastronomie van deze regio, met een grote selectie aan typische restaurants, evenals enkele van de beroemdste wijnhuizen.
De camping is uitstekend bereikbaar, op slechts 200 meter van de hoofdweg. De snelweg ligt op ongeveer 13 km afstand.

Momenteel beschikt onze camping over 14 grote plaatsen voor campers en caravans en 6 plaatsen met voldoende schaduw voor tenten, maar beschikt over een vergunning en is voorbereid op in totaal 30 plaatsen (waarvan 8 wooneenheden) met een maximum van 90 personen. Alle plaatsen zijn voorzien van 10A elektriciteit.
Onze buitenruimte omvat een barbecue met terras, een bovengronds zwembad met een diameter van 7,5 meter, een kinderspeelplaats en verschillende chillout-ruimtes.
Alle meubilair en uitrusting van het pand, onderhoudsgereedschap, evenals een tractor en diverse werktuigen zijn inbegrepen.
De 9 hectare is verdeeld over 2 verschillende percelen, 1 van 3 hectare en een ander van 6 hectare. De camping is gebouwd en heeft een vergunning op het kleinere perceel. Als zodanig is het nog steeds mogelijk om het overige perceel van 6 hectare te gebruiken voor nog eens 250 m2 gebouwen en 30 extra kampeerplaatsen. Als alternatief kunt u op het perceel van 6 hectare ook een woonhuis van maximaal 250 m² bouwen.
De camping is sinds begin 2020 operationeel. De bezettingsgraad is van jaar tot jaar exponentieel gegroeid en vooral met een enorme acceptatie door onze klanten, zoals blijkt uit de uitstekende recensies die zij op de verschillende campingadviessites hebben geplaatst.

Our campsite is located in the stunning and scenic Alentejo region, based on a charming 9 hectares land with holm oaks and a half a hectare of century old olive trees.
Surrounded by an amazing landscape, our campsite is very close to numerous sites of cultural and historical interest, take the opportunity to visit prehistoric and Roman monuments, historic villages, a city declared as a world heritage site by UNESCO, or just for pure leisure enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside and discover the extraordinary gastronomy of this region, with a large selection of typical restaurants, as well as some of the most famous wineries.
The campsite has an excellent access, just 200m from the main road. The highway is about 13 km away.

Currently, our campsite has 14 large pitches for motorhomes and caravans and 6 pitches with plenty of shade for tents, but is licensed and prepared to have 30 pitches in total (of which 8 can be accommodation units) with a maximum of 90 people. All sites are supplied with 10A of electricity.
Our outside area includes a barbecue facility with terrace, an above ground pool with 7,5m diameter, children’s play area and several chillout areas.
All property furniture and equipment, maintenance tools, as well as a tractor and various implements are included.
The 9 hectares are divided into 2 different plots, 1 with 3 hectares and another with 6 hectares. The camping is built and licensed on the smaller plot. As such, it is still possible to use the other 6 hectares plot for another 250m2 of buildings and 30 more pitches. Alternatively, the 6 hectares plot also allows the construction of a habitational house up to 250m2.
The campsite has been operating since the beginning of 2020. The occupancy rate has grown exponentially from year to year and most important of all with an enormous acceptance by our customers, as evidenced by the excellent reviews posted by them on the different camping advice sites.
